- Glowing Orb of Luclinite (dropped off Raid bosses in Luclin)

- Kill Sacrificed Remains until a shimmering presence spawns
- Give a Summoned: Wisp Stone to a shimmering presence. The Spirit of Akelha’Ra will spawn
- Give an Essence Emerald to the Spirit of Akelha’Ra. Receive Shadowed Scepter Frame
Sceptre of Shadows #
- Combine the 10 Lucid Shards into the Shadowed Scepter Frame to create an Unadorned Scepter of Shadows
- Combine Planes Rift, Glowing Orb of Luclinite into the Unadorned Scepter of Shadows to create the Scepter of Shadows
